Our Compliance

Resource Manage ensure that all supplied agency workers are in-country compliant. All candidates that we introduce to our clients have been met and interviewed by us in order that we may undertake background checking that verifies a candidate’s:
     Identity and employment eligibility
     Work permit and residential status
Financial probity and criminal record history
     Security clearance
Work history via personal referencing with past employers and clients
     Professional qualifications and memberships
Occupational health – ‘fit for work’ certification
Interest in and suitability for the role.

Right to work
in the UK

We will check that the candidate has the right to work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Legislation, and the recently introduced Agency Conduct Regulations, requesting formal documentation where necessary. We also ensure that any Expatriate or Non-EU fixed term worker has a valid work permit with an expiry date beyond the end date of their proposed contract and/or confirm their likelihood of obtaining permanent residency whilst confirming that they comply with ‘in-country’ statutory requirements. Resource Manage underwent a stringent audit in May 2008 to gain accreditation of Tier 1 status by the UK Border Agency for the hiring of applicants requiring work permits; a compliance framework that informs our pre-employment screening best practice when hiring agency workers.

Our end-to-end recruitment process has one goal in mind – to ensure that we select and hire candidates that are a direct match to HTE’s customer job description and desired candidate profile. A talent sourcing model that has received the following independent quality certifications:

Home Office UK Border Agency Licence Inspection - Awarded an ‘A Rating’ assessed against the criteria of:
Monitoring immigration status and prevention of illegal employment
     Maintaining migrant worker contact details
     Record keeping
     Migrant tracking and monitoring
     Recruitment practices and professional accreditations.

Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Inspection – Assessed Resource Manage’s workforce management and recruitment management processes, and work practices to be 100% systems compliant to the EAR Regulations Act 2003.
